CVOA holds quarterly board meetings at which all members are welcome. One of the quareterly meetings is the Annual Meeting, generally held in the month of March, at which we recognize our volunteers and hold elections of new officers and directors. Often times, the Annual Meeting is accompanied by a dinner event with a speaker.

Each Member is entitled to one (1) vote on any matter properly submitted to the Members for their vote.
